It is our goal to produce quality happy healthy babies and to connect the right puppy to the right forever home. We breed for.......... Health - Conformation - Temperament
About our Puppies~ Like children, each puppy is uniquely different. Each breeding is done with a lot of care, study of the parents pedigree and consideration of many factors...such as the possibility of genetic health issues, healthy structure, excellent disposition and temperament, structure size and weight, type of face (baby doll or teddy bear), color, etc. before a breeding is done.
Yorkie puppies are very small. We like to give them the best chance at life. Even at 4 mo. they have very fragile small bodies, immune systems still developing, muscles, treachea are fragile, bones and tendons still developing. Their stress levels are important to monitor with any changes that occur including food, sleep and play areas, travel & shots. Our puppies do not leave our home until we feel they are ready, which is usually 4 months to 6 months old and much longer for the extremely small.. They must eat frequently. Care must be taken that they do not get Juvenile Hypoglycemic. It is important that they are vaccinated with their puppy shots (which is a series of 3 shots - 3 weeks apart). Our puppies are also Micro Chipped and wormed. Our Vet thoroughly checks them 3 times for any problems with heart, knees, treachea and checks their bite when their adult canines start to come in and their general health. We guarantee against any genetic defects and are very careful not to bred any genetic issues.
** These little ones are like bringing home a baby or premature infant. They will require lots of care and love. They have very small bladers. Yorkie puppies will have to eat frequently and be monitored. Due to their small size their weight can fluctuate very quickly.
Your new puppy will be registered with AKC as: AKC Limited Registration
~You will not be able to register any litters or puppies produced by this puppy.~You may not be able to enter breed competition at dog shows.~You can compete in all other AKC events.
~You will receive a puppy adoption contract that protects you as the buyer and us as the seller. ~Once we receive documentation that your puppy has been spay/neutered by your Vet - AKC papers will be given to you along with copy of parents pedigrees.
To start Adoption
~A deposit is necessary to start the adoption process and to keep the puppy from being sold to someone else. ~I offer a layaway plan...you may make payments with the final payment clearing my bank by the time you receive your puppy.
~I can provide excellent references.
~Because we care so much for our little ones and their future, we do ask questions of potential new adopted parents. We want to make sure that the best possible match between puppy and new parents are made.
We Do Not sell to puppy mills, brokers or pet stores. Fact: 99% puppies sold to pet stores come from puppy mills!

We love pre - spoiling our babies!
*They go to their new forever home with a Puppy Starter Package .... made up special for each puppy and comes with toys, potty pads, bed, food & treats, harness, Nutra Cal, health records, something that has siblings/parents scent on it to take with and so much more ...

YTCA (Yorkshire Terrier Club of America) states the following: All puppies leaving the breeders possession will be a minimum of twelve (12) weeks of age to facilitate adequate socialization as well as appropriate emotional and temperament development through interaction with siblings, dam and other dogs.
We like to wait until they are 16 weeks or older to place our little ones in new homes.
